It is back and its better than ever. This is the NEW IXIAH Outlaw Skirt and bandeau in print. This skirt is a new design and features 7 frilled panels instead of 5. These frilled panels are different and they foirst two dip in the centre front and back rather than on the sides. There are strong angles in this skirt. It has 2 additional layers of a custom made fringing that have also been added to the garment. This piece is absolutely gorgeous on the body and the fabric is a heavy cupro that has the feel of a sand washed silk. This skirt drapes beautifully on the body. The sheer mesh is has a dot effect to it but is a lighter fabric (to the previous Outlaw) and the dots are not embroidered. The lace used is a gorgeous embroidered cotton in a diamond pattern with a tear drop like shape in between. It is delicate and graceful. This lace has been used for the top layer of the skirt so that it is not quite as sheer. Fringing has been perfectly placed between layer and to add that final attention to detail it has been hand beaded with gorgeous shell beads. Wear the Bandeau multiple ways as pictured.
